You will start your day with the singing of birds on your private terrace.

Located at the level of the swimming pool, and with an area of ​​79 ft² / 24 m², your Deluxe Room has all the necessary equipment to ensure you a very comfortable stay.

You will access your accommodation via a small shaded terrace, with its furniture and direct access to the nearby swimming pool.

The Deluxe Nice room rented on a bed and breakfast basis includes all linens, our famous breakfast, Wifi, 1 private parking space in the property, and the swimming pool in season.

Information to note

The Deluxe Cannes Studio and the Deluxe Nice room exclusively occupy the garden level. They can communicate via a double sound door for your greater comfort.

Slow Living and Zenitude

All our accommodation is exclusively non-smoking and reserved for adults and young adults (16+) appreciating tranquility and knowing how to respect it.

Booking conditions

June period: 3 nights minimum

July and August period: weekly, arrival and departure only on weekends

Other periods: 1 night minimum

Check-in: 3 p.m. / 7 p.m.

Check-out: 11 a.m.

For any arrival after 7 p.m., please notify us in advance for agreement.
