Covering an area of ​​85 ft² / 26 m², your Deluxe Studio has a small fitted and equipped kitchen, and many other facilities to ensure you have a quality stay.

You will access your accommodation via a small shaded terrace, with its furniture and direct access to the nearby swimming pool.

The Deluxe Cannes Studio rented on a bed and breakfast basis includes all linens, our famous breakfast, Wifi, 1 private parking space in the property, and the swimming pool in season.

This room can accommodate an extra 90x190cm bed for a third person.

Information to note

The Deluxe Cannes Studio and the Deluxe Nice room exclusively occupy the garden level. They can communicate via a double sound door for your greater comfort.

Slow Living and Zenitude

All our accommodation is exclusively non-smoking and reserved for adults and young adults (16+) appreciating tranquility and knowing how to respect it.

Booking conditions

June period: 3 nights minimum

July and August period: weekly, arrival and departure only on weekends

Other periods: 1 night minimum

Check-in: 3 p.m. / 7 p.m.

Check-out: 11 a.m.
